Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on the platform, you must provide accurate personal information. If any details provided at registration change, you must notify us immediately. Providing false information may result in account termination and the associated balance being forfeited.
3.2 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You should not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. dhb88 will not be liable for any misuse of an account or transactions carried out by a third party resulting from the user's own negligence.
3.3 Account Suspension or Closure
dhb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a breach of these terms is found.
- Fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct is suspected.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- Evidence of abuse of the bonus system is found.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 consecutive months with no activity).
Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit
Funds can be deposited at dhb88 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited directly to the account; however, if there is any delay or issue with a transaction, you should contact the relevant payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawal
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be suspended until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the dhb88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
dhb88 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Policy
- An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- dhb88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be voided.
Gaming & Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
dhb88 believes in fair play. All games and betting markets on the platform are operated transparently and impartially. No user may exploit technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage — should such an incident occur, dhb88 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions.
6.2 Bet Cancellation & Rejection
dhb88 may cancel or reject a bet in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error.
- A match or event is cancelled after a bet has been placed.
- Suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
- Evidence is found that a bet was placed by exploiting a system error.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated funds:

- Placing artificial bets or engaging in arbitrage betting to circumvent the bonus system.
- Using hacking, bots, or automated software.
- Attempting to access another user's account.

Intellectual Property

These terms are drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
